Overview

A graduate of the Faculty of Fine Art's department of sculpture, Gamal Abdel Nasser is a versatile artist who works with a variety of mediums. Having participated in exhibitions both locally and abroad- from the USA, Switzerland, England, France to Syria - Gamal Abdel Nasser most notably represented Egypt in the Venice Biennale in 1999. Nasser is a talented, sensitive, and expressive artist who can infiltrate the essence of sculpture to reform and reshape it, using bold and rather unorthodox techniques.
