عمر سناده، فنان بصري مصري من مواليد 1991، يشغل منصب منسق البرنامج الثقافي في متحف الفنون الجميلة بالإسكندرية، مصر. حاز على درجة البكالوريوس في التصوير من كلية الفنون الجميلة بجامعة الإسكندرية، وتدرب كمساعد تدريس في الجامعة نفسها. أجرى دراسة مستقلة في Mass Alexandria للفن المعاصر عام 2016، وحصل على تدريب في MADRASSA بالتعاون مع L'Atelier de l'Observatoire في الدار البيضاء، المغرب عام 2017. حاصل على درجة الماجستير في الفنون الجميلة عام 2020. نظم العديد من المعارض والفعاليات، بما في ذلك معرض لمقتنيات حسين صبحي وندوة، ومعرض استعادي للفنان بكري محمد بكري وآخرين. في ممارسته الفنية، يركز سناده على تقنيات الفن ما قبل التاريخ واستخدامها في الأعمال المعاصرة لتحدي تصوراتنا المسبقة عن الجمال والقبح والواقع. شارك في معارض في مصر وخارجها، منها صالون الشباب 2013 ومعرض جماعي في الدنمارك 2016، وحصل على عدة جوائز من بينها جائزة زياد بيكر وجائزة CIB في صالون الشباب 2013، إضافة إلى جوائز أخرى. يحتفظ بمجموعة غنية من المقتنيات في مصر وخارجها. Omar Senada, born in Egypt in 1991, is an independent visual artist, curator, and cultural program coordinator at the Museum of Fine Arts in Alexandria. After studying painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Alexandria, he furthered his education and training as a teaching assistant at the same university. Senada pursued independent studies at Mass Alexandria for contemporary art in 2016 and received training through MADRASSA, a regional program for residencies and curatorial practices, collaborating with L’Atelier de l’Observatoire in Casablanca in 2017. He holds a master's degree in fine arts since 2020. Senada has organized numerous exhibitions, concerts, and activities, including showcasing Hussein Sobhy's collectibles, and hosting a seminar, as well as a retrospective of Bakry Mohammed Bakry, among others. His artistic practice focuses on exploring prehistoric art techniques and their relevance in challenging conventional ideas of beauty, ugliness, and reality in contemporary works. Participating in exhibitions both in Egypt and abroad, such as the Youth Salon 2013, Collective Madrassa in Denmark 2016, and exhibitions with fine art lovers organizations, Senada has earned various prizes, including the Zeyad Beker Prize and CIB Prize in the Youth Salon 2013, 1st prize at Fine Arts Lovers Organization, and 1st prize in the 2nd Dai Festival for Youth Artists. His collectibles are held in esteemed collections both in Egypt and internationally.
