MASTERPIECES XXV

Masterpieces XXV brings together works by the artists and estates represented by Zamalek Art Gallery. Presented annually, the exhibition offers a collective view of the gallery's programme, placing practices that are more often encountered individually within a shared context. Rather than organised around a single theme, the exhibition is shaped by the distinct concerns of each artist. Seen together, the works reveal points of convergence and divergence across painting, sculpture and works on paper, reflecting the diversity of artistic approaches that define the gallery's programme. By bringing these practices into a single exhibition, Masterpieces XXV offers an opportunity to consider both the individuality of each artist and the relationships that emerge between works viewed collectively.
